2. Data we collect
We only collect the data that you provide yourself through the newsletter form on this website. This concerns your first name and your email address. In addition, we process limited technical data such as your language preference and your cookie choice.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data solely to send you the weekly Eco newsletter, to recognise you as a subscriber and to improve the content of the newsletter. We never use your data for the commercial purposes of third parties.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your explicit consent, which you give by submitting the newsletter form. You can withdraw this consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter.
5. Retention period
We keep your data as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter. After unsubscribing, your data is deleted within 30 days, except for legally required retention periods.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and transfer your data. You may exercise your rights by sending an email to editorial@monderavento.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
7. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. Our website uses an SSL certificate, so all communication takes place encrypted.
